NurtureWise respects the privacy of our clients. All information shared during mentoring sessions is kept strictly confidential. We do not disclose any client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Code of Conduct:
We expect all clients to maintain a respectful and professional tone during mentoring sessions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards our mentors will not be tolerated.

5. Payment and Billing:
Payment for our services must be made in advance, and our pricing structure will be communicated to clients upon request. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. It is the client's responsibility to ensure accurate payment and billing information.

6. No Refund Policy:
NurtureWise has a strict no refund policy. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. We advise clients to carefully consider their mentoring needs before making a payment.

7. Scheduling and Cancellations:
Clients may schedule mentoring sessions in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being considered as conducted.

8. Intellectual Property:
All materials, resources, and content provided during mentoring sessions are the intellectual property of NurtureWise and may not be reproduced or distributed without our explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer:
The information and advice provided by NurtureWise mentors are based on their expertise and experience, but they do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Clients should consult with relevant professionals for such matters.

10. Changes to Policies:
